Payment for the conference can be made by check or money order. Conference registration will be
closed at 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday, July 25, 2008. There will be NO on-site registration.


SCHOLARSHIPS

Availability of scholarships will depend upon the ability of CLINIC and MRS to generate subsidies through
sponsorships and available government grant funding.  Preference will be given to members of MRS and
CLINIC networks.  Further information will be posted as it becomes available.  Please check back soon.


CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your conference registration, email imenchero@cliniclegal.org  In your email, include your
name, organization name and registrants. Cancellations must be received or post-marked no later than
Friday, June 27, 2008. A cancellation fee of $75 per registrant will be retained to cover costs already
incurred.  All refunds, less the $75 fee, will be processed and paid within 30 days after the conclusion
of the conference.


NOTE: Cancellation of your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.  Please
contact the hotel directly by calling (800) 445-8667.
