Division of Administration and Development
The Division of Administration and Development assures that CLINIC’s staff is aware
and abides by organizational administrative and financial policies and procedures.
The Division oversees three major functions of CLINIC:
I. Resource Development – All fundraising activities to include:
a. Grant Funding
b. Direct mailing
c. Major Gifts
d. Corporate Sponsorships
i. Programs
ii. Convening
e. Diocesan Appeals
f. Special Events
g. Marketing – Coordinate the use of publications to encourage donor participation
i. CLINIC’s Newsletter – “In The Balance” (sign-up)
ii. CLINIC’s E-Newsletter – “A Case For …” (sign up)
II. Finance and Accounting – Responsible for all CLINIC’s fiscal policies
and procedures
a. Annual Budget Development
b. Annual Agency Audit process
c. Grant tracking and management
d. Tracking of cash flow, revenues, expenses, and financial reporting to the Board
of Directors and committees.
III. Administration and Support Services

c. General Services
