proceeds of a life insurance policy. Simply name CLINIC as the
beneficiary of an existing life insurance policy (primary, secondary, or
partial beneficiary) or purchase a new policy and name CLINIC as the
beneficiary. You may also wish to consider donating a paid-up whole life
