Recently, there has been an increase in the number of enforcement
actions targeting the undocumented.  Worksite raids and other
enforcement actions have become routine occurrences. The
resources below are intended to help legal service providers working
with individuals impacted by these initiatives. The information
contained on this page is for general informational purposes only. It
is not intended to serve as legal advice and does not substitute for

RESOURCES FOR LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDERS

CLINIC National Enforcement Response Plan: This documents outlines
the key functions that communities should consider to prepare, plan and
respond to ICE raids and other large-scale actions, including those targeting
persons with final removal orders and certain criminal convictions.  It promotes
collaboration between a lead social service provider (like a Catholic Charities,
other social service organization, or labor union), legal service providers, and
other community agencies and groups.  Under this plan, the lead or “anchor”
agency will coordinate and serve as the focal point for enforcement
preparation and response activities.  It is divided into five sections: community
education, community liaison, social services, legal services, and media
relations. (
