Frequently Asked Questions
CLINIC provides high-quality immigration training to its member agencies'
legal staff. Each year CLINIC helps more than 1,000 nonprofit immigration
attorneys and legal counselors expand their expertise.
CLINIC provides an annual training schedule on substantive legal issues,
as well as on practical skills. Training manuals are regularly updated and
distributed to trainees. These publications are valuable assets to hundreds
of nonprofit immigration programs nationwide.
CLINIC field office attorneys located in Boston, New York City, Washington,
D.C., Miami, Chicago and San Francisco also conduct local training for
member agencies and other organizations. Staff also speak at national
conferences and assist other networks in training their member agency staff.
CLINIC also conducts specialized on-site training at member agency offices
upon request.
