Melissa Perham serves as Chief of Staff at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), where she supports the Executive Director and senior leadership in aligning strategy, operations, and mission execution across the organization. She brings 26 years of experience in transformational leadership, people-centered operations, and enterprise integration within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to joining CLINIC, Perham held multiple Chief of Staff roles at the Defense Intelligence Agency, where she led global operations, spearheaded crisis management efforts, and championed equity focused talent strategies.

Perham holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence Studies, both from American Military University. She is a certified professional leadership coach and expert career development officer.
