  • The Office of the CIS Ombudsman remains open and continues to respond to case assistance requests. The Ombudsman website acknowledges significant backlogs in responding to requests since the beginning of the pandemic and states that it prioritizes the elimination of this backlog, with a plan in place to respond to all pending requests by September 2021. For more information about requesting assistance, check out CLINIC’s resources here.
