ClINIC submitted this public comment regarding the Interim Final Rule on the Imposition and Collection of Civil Penalties for Certain Immigration-Related Violations published in the Federal Register on June 27, 2025. CLINIC strongly opposes this Interim Final Rule and urges the administration to rescind this rule immediately.
