On Jan. 4, 2023, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) containing a new fee schedule. Proposed changes include substantial increases in cost to the immigration process for international religious workers. CLINIC has drafted a template comment to assist RIS Clients to respond to these changes.
