USCIS has a repository of Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) decisions on its website, but there is no way to search through the decisions.  CLINIC has developed a database of AAO decisions of U status/form I 918 denials. The database includes decisions from 2017 to the present.  There are two spreadsheets included in the database - a master sheet and a qualifying crimes sheet.  The master sheet will contain all decisions, easily searchable by terms such as “direct victim” “bystander” or “trauma”.  The qualifying crimes spreadsheet contains decisions where the AAO determined whether a crime meets the definition of a “qualifying crime”. Decisions on the “qualifying crimes” spreadsheet can be searchable with terms such as “California”  “robbery” or “felonious assault”.

Once the search results come up, you can click on the decision, which is linked directly to the USCIS website. We hope you find this database useful.

WARNING:

Please do not add or delete any rows or columns as that will completely disturb the search functions.  You will be downloading a copy of this database on Google, so you will need a Google account to access the database.
