New R&A Forms
The Department of Justice released new versions of Forms EOIR-31 and EOIR-31A, applications for recognition and accreditation, dated February 2020, on its website. CLINIC has asked EOIR to rescind the new forms. EOIR announced that it will continue to accept the old forms (January 2017 edition) and posted the old forms on its website at justice.gov/eoir/recognition-and-accreditation-program. CLINIC recommends that applicants use the January 2017 edition of the forms. Find more information here.
