This workshop will discuss the pros and cons of applying for a fiancé(e) visa and the steps in that process: confirming eligibility, completing the Form I-129F, gathering necessary documentation, preparing for the consular interview, and adjusting status after marriage to the petitioner. It will also cover derivative children, marriages beyond the 90- day period or to someone other than the petitioner, backlogs, and appeals.
