Cultivating a Culture of Wellness in Your Organization
Aug. 6, 2025 | 2-3:30 p.m. ET | CA MCLE: 1.5 (Wellness Competence)
Cultivating wellness in an organization creates a working environment that respects the dignity of both staff and clients and, in turn, increases efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. Developing an organizational culture of wellness requires a collective rather than individual effort. This session will teach managers how to identify and combat burnout and vicarious trauma at the individual and organizational levels. Presenters will discuss ways to create a culture where wellness is front and center in all aspects of work and provide demonstrations of helpful techniques.
Participants will receive exclusive access to CLINIC’s upcoming resource, Wellness Workshop for Immigration Advocates: A Peer-Led Series for Recognizing, Preventing, and Recovering From Vicarious Trauma and Burnout, which includes a Facilitator Guide, PowerPoint, and hands-on activities that can be used by organizations to train staff on wellness in the legal field, including how to recognize and combat burnout and vicarious trauma.
The webinar recording will not be provided so be sure to join us live.
