In today’s increasingly hostile environment for immigrants, expert witnesses are more critical than ever for securing relief in immigration court and building a strong record for appeal. This webinar will guide practitioners through the process of working effectively with experts, from preparing them to testify and qualifying them in court to responding to common objections regarding their credentials and testimony. Participants will hear from two country conditions experts who will share insights on effective collaboration with attorneys and Fully Accredited Representatives, as well as the challenges they encounter in immigration court. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for integrating expert witnesses into their cases.
